Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we need at least 48 hours notice.

Cross Infection: Clients who are ill should reschedule their dental appointments to avoid potential discomfort during the dental treatment & protect the staff and other healthy clients.

Punctuality: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointed time. Punctual clients will be seen first. Due to time constraints, clients who have missed their appointed times may be rescheduled.

Payments: Expected at the time of treatment.

AIA Insurance Cards and CHAS/PCPS: Need to be valid and presented upon arrival at reception.
